Redvale is a Census-designated place. Unincorporated areas include Bedrock, Cimmaron, Coventry, Maher, Mountain View, Oak Grove, Paradox, Pea Green Corner, Pinon, Uravan, and Ute. Most of the homes for sale in Montrose County are in Montrose or just off U.S. Highway 50. In the city of Montrose, there are homes on the east and west side of Highway 50. Houses for sale in the city's core typically have two or three bedrooms, but some residences have more. Square footage varies but is usually around 2,000 square feet for a single-family home. There are homes for sale with additional land, especially those further from the town core.
